USSPACECOM Commander highlights significant progress in kick off to Space Symposium 38
U.S. Army Gen. James Dickinson, U.S. Space Command commander, addresses audience members as the featured speaker, kicking off the 38th annual Space Symposium, Colorado Springs, Colo., April 18, 2023. In his remarks, Dickinson chronicled the command’s achievements as it continues to progress toward full operational capability. To accomplish its vital protect-and-defend mission, USSPACECOM integrates with fellow combatant commands and external U.S. government entities, conducts combined space operations with international partners and allies, and coordinates with academic and commercial organizations to harness cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.
